lipoproteins can transport a lot of fat within our body, they mix easily with blood and flow with it.some of this particle are big while others are small and dense, the most important ones are low-density lipoproteins (LDL),high-density lipoproteins (HDL) and triglycerides.
🔹 Low-density lipoproteins(LDL).
Low-densty lipoproteins (LDL) carry cholesterol from the liver to the rest of the body.cells of the body are attached into these particles(LDL) and extract fat and cholesterol from them, when there is too much LDL cholesterol in the blood, these particles can form deposit in the walls of the corronary arteries and other arteries throughout the body,such deposit called plaque can narrow arteries(Blood passage) and limit Blood flow.

When this plaque Break apart,it can cause a heart attack or stroke, because of this LDL cholesterol is often considered to be bad or harmful cholesterol.
🔹 High-density lipoproteins(HDL).
High-density lipoproteins (HDL) search for cholesterol from the Blood stream,from LDL and artery walls and carry it back to the liver for proper disposal. HDL can be considered as the garbage trucks of the blood stream.for this reason HDL cholesterol is often referred to as good or protective cholesterol.
Triglycerides made up most of the fat that we eat and that travel through the Blood stream.as the body’s main vehicle for transporting fat to the cells, Triglycerides are important for good health, though high levels of triglycerides can be unhealthy.
In conclusion,the lower your LDL and the higher your HDL,the better your chances of Preventing heart diseases and other chronic conditions.
Cutting back on highly processed carbohydrates and increasing protein improves level of triglycerides and protective high-density lipoproteins (HDL,the good cholesterol) in the Blood stream and so this may help reduce your chances of having a heart attack, stroke or other type of cardiovascular disease.
