What are the basic health tips for women?

Women’s health matter.


Being a woman is but a rare privilege, and a blessing to the society and the  world at Large, it’s unimaginable to think about the world population without a woman that gives birth and nurture the child, take care of  home, does the cooking for the family and above all take care of her first child(her husband),a single woman that represents the man’s two parents after marriage,  if men think it is easy to be a wonderful woman than they most be ready to be one.in my opinion they most be ready to give birth and produce babies by themselves.

Without emphasizing much about the role and duty of our mothers at home and the society at Large,it is time for the women to look after their own health, taking care of home,the husband and the kids could be so overwhelming, what is why the salt of this earth needs to care about her own health and about her general well-being.

In this article I will be sharing some basic health tips for women, because they all deserve the best for their motherly role in our society.kudos to all the women
who have been a highly reliable  Earth healthy product with no substitute.

🔹 Maintain a healthy weight.

Because your weight says much about your health status it is good to maintain a healthy weight [*],[*],[*],[*],[*], typically women have less muscle and more fat than men and are usually smaller, therefore they need fewer calories to maintain a healthy body weight activity level, make sure you eat a well-balance diet,get regular exercise or physical activity and keep your BMI(body mass index) within a healthy range.

Sexual Health is an important part of the overall health, reproductive concerns include menstruation, contraception, infertility, breast health, female cancer, pregnancy and breastfeeding, menopause etc talk to your health care provider about safer sex,STD prevention and screening procedures you need to stay healthy.

Talk to your care provider about Stress[*], anxiety and depression and about the health effects of alcohol abuse, which could be more serious in women, follow recommendations for routine health care,-including regular examination and immunizations, prenatal care and vision, hearing and dental care.

🔹Do not smoke.

According to the America  Lung Association,more women are affected by smoking-related conditions than in the past,and smoking is now the largest preventable cause of death among women, quitting is the best way to improve your health and avoid exposing your family members to dangerous secondhand smoke.

🔹 Getting enough iron and folic acid.

Iron and folic acid promote good health.

Iron [*] and folic acid or folate[*] help promote good health and energy levels and decrease the risk of birth defects.iron rich foods include meat,fish,kale, spinach,beans, lentils and fortified breads and cereals,folic acid is found in fortified foods, dietary supplements, citrus fruits,leafy greens, beans and peas.

Chronic disease is the leading cause of death for women and men globally according to the World Health Organization (WHO), however women are more likely to die following heart attack.women also have a higher risk of and additional risk factors for stroke, talk to your health care provider about your heart Health.

🔹Pay attention to your well-being.

Since women have a lot of responsibilities,it will be important to take care of your health too,do your best to eat right, exercise and get enough sleep,try to set aside some time for doing things you enjoy and stay in touch with those who matter the most to you.

Women are more likely than men to experience medical conditions like urinary track problems-UTIS, overactive bladder, incontinence-joint pain and osteoarthritis, migraine headache and others.know your family history and contact your health care provider if you develop any new symptoms or Experience chronic pain.
