Better eyes for better vision.

The eye is a complex structure that send nerve impulses(messages) to the brain when stimulated by light Rays reflected from an object, in this way the brain processes these impulses to create the perception we all call vision.

The eye is made up of numerous parts that work together to make vision possible,we have the iris, pupil, sclera, cornea, lens, conjunctiva, choroid, retinal, optic nerve, macula, vitreous humor and the aqueous humor which is watery fluid located in front of the lens.

Without the normal functioning of this organ called the eyes, life will be in darkness as our day-to-day activities will be affected negatively,it is therefore a blessing to have them working, what are the tips for healthy eyes and vision? This is what I consider to cover on this health article.
